Uliassi is one of the defining restaurants of contemporary Italian seafood, positioned between Senigallia's channel harbour and the Adriatic beach. Mauro Uliassi's cooking starts from the flavours of the Marche coast and then pushes them through research, memory, technique and influences gathered from travel. The result is creative but recognisably connected to the sea and to local tradition. The restaurant, run with Catia Uliassi, combines the intimacy of a family business with the ambition of one of Italy's most celebrated dining rooms. In warm weather, the setting almost merges with the beach, giving the meal an unusually direct relationship with the Adriatic.
The restaurant is at Banchina di Levante 6. Senigallia railway station is very close – only a few hundred metres away – so the restaurant can be reached comfortably on foot in around five to ten minutes. The nearest airport is Ancona-Falconara (AOI), about 25 kilometres away; a taxi or private transfer is the fastest option, while rail connections via Falconara are also possible. Guests arriving by car can use the restaurant's reserved harbour parking area in Piazzale Fernando Rosi and then cross the pedestrian bridge to reach Uliassi.
